Edenbridge is a market town within the Eden Valley.  Holcot itself is in Hilders Lane which is located at Marlpit Hill, 4.5 miles from the A25 and just off the town’s historic Roman road (B2026).  

It is served by Edenbridge Railway Station (c3/4 mile - London to Redhill and Tonbridge line), with Edenbridge Town Railway Station (c3 miles away - London to Uckfield line) on the edge of the Town Centre.

The larger towns of Oxted, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells and East Grinstead can be easily reached by car and there is also a basic bus service.
